What you’ll do
You’re the bridge between the operational reality of the client and our systems. You map slow, messy processes and rethink them from the ground up. You don’t deliver long advisory documents. Instead, you use AI assistants to build working prototypes or flows directly — the foundation our engineers work from.
What we’re looking for
- Strong analytical profile: you understand operating companies and their pain points.
- Tech affinity: you can vibe-code with Claude Code to bring concepts to life.
- Structured communicator: you turn a client workshop into a one-page action list.
- Comfortable talking to C-level and floor operators alike.
- Ambition to also run our internal AI-native operations.
