Everyone here ships to production on day one. We don't have an army of juniors backed by one staff engineer — we have a small bench of people who've all carried the pager.

We don't context-switch across four clients. You go deep on one team for 8–12 weeks, write the handover doc, and move on.

Numbers or it didn't happen.

Every engagement closes with a verified before/after on a metric the client already tracks. That same standard applies internally — to hires, tools, and bets we make on ourselves.

We'll take a problem from a previous project and work through it together.

Within five working days. If we say no, you'll get a well-founded reason. If we say yes, you'll have the same day a complete proposal on hand.
