01 / What you’ll do
You set the technical standard for the whole studio. You design the overarching architecture of our systems and protect the reusability of our components. You lead the implementation and stay hands-on in the code. You set the absolute minimum bar for what we consider ‘shipped’.
02 / What we’re looking for
- 8+ years engineering, including at least three in a lead position.
- Strong architecture intuition. You know when something is over-engineered and when the simplest solution is enough.
- Comfortable being the personal voice-of-quality with clients.
- Experience with data-intensive systems, AI/ML in production, and serverless or modern containerized stacks.
- You always pick the most pragmatic path to production (no over-engineering).
